Either Party may terminate the Terms and the subscription at any time by providing a notice thirty (30) days prior to the intended termination.
Upon termination, the Customer's subscription to the Services shall stand cancelled. Any unpaid Fees shall become payable immediately upon providing notice of termination. Unless otherwise provided, no refunds or credit of Fees shall be provided for the termination of subscription prior to the end of the term of that subscription.
