Follow this step-by-step guide to install and use Tellephant on your Zoho CRM to send WhatsApp messages to your contacts and leads.
Step 1: Login to your Zoho Account
Step 2: Once logged in, click here to open the Tellephant extension
Step 3: Accept the terms and authorize Tellephant to use your Zoho data and click “Continue”
Step 4: Select the Users or Profiles to install the extension and click “Confirm”
Step 5: Once installed you will be able to see this page
We are halfway done! Now, let’s connect your account to send a WhatsApp Message to your contacts
Step 6: Click “Contacts” on the top bar
Step 7: You will now be able to access all the contacts in your CRM. Select a target contact you want to send a WhatsApp message to
Step 8: Once the contact is visible, click on the “Send WhatsApp” button on the top right
Step 9: Enter your API key on the pop-up login screen
Step 10: To find your API key, login to your Tellephant account in a new tab
Step 11: Once logged select API from the sidebar
Step 12: Copy your “API key”
Step 13: Return to the Zoho Tab (Step 9), paste your API Key and click on Login
Step 14: Once you log in select the WhatsApp Template you want to send to your contact
Step 15: Select the correct country code, phone number from Contact data and match the variables data you would like to send. Click on Send Message
Step 16: You will receive a success message if it has been sent successfully
Step 17: Check your WhatsApp to verify the message and template
